O’Neal with 30 years of hospitality industry experience will oversee the Sheraton Agoura Hills Sales, Marketing and Revenue initiatives and strategies. O’Neal joins the Sheraton Agoura Hills from Patriot Hotels, a hospitality management and consulting company based in Anaheim, CA, where he has enjoyed much success as Managing Director for the past 4 years. Previous to Patriot Hotels O’Neal served as General Manager of the Embassy Suites in Glendale, CA as well as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Wright Investment Properties in Cordova, TN. O’Neal was Director of Marketing and Sales for the Hilton Los Angeles Universal City, CA enjoying considerable success winning 19 awards in all during his years “On the Hill”. Earlier, O’Neal worked with Rim Hospitality in multiple roles including Director of Sales and Marketing, General Manger and Regional Director of Sales. He also has held positions as Regional Director of Sales with Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide and with Marriott International as Director of Sales and Marketing.
