Westlake Village, CA – Greater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce Chairman of the Board Don Phillipson has announced that Natalie Yanez, of eXp Realty/Team Bjorkman, has been elected Chair Elect-Elect of the Chamber. Phillipson, owner of WSI e-Pro Marketing, is serving as Chair for 2019. He will be followed in 2020 by Tom Cohen of Cohen, Begun & Deck, LLP and Ms. Yanez will Chair the Board in 2021.
Born and raised in Southern California, Natalie spent over a decade in the financial sector before launching her real estate career. She earned her bachelor's degree from San Diego State University, her MBA from California State University Channel Islands, and is a graduate of Ventura County Leadership Academy. Serving the community is very important to her, and volunteering is at the forefront of her work. Natalie is involved throughout the region and currently serves on the Greater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce Board Executive Committee, Make-A-Wish Tri-Counties board of directors, The Foundation of VCCU board of directors, and CSU Channel Islands Alumni & Friends Association. Similar to serving the community, Natalie enjoys building relationships with her clients and assisting them in all of their real estate needs, including finding their dream home. Natalie is happily married to her husband Josh and together they have three children, Austin, Charlotte and Brody.

Ms. Yanez will lead a Board of approximately 37 members from diverse business sectors of the region including leadership from the Los Angeles Rams, PGA Tour, Amgen, Bank of America, Hyatt Regency Westlake, Los Robles Health System and Caruso.
