Trust Administration
Joe Engle advises Trustees regarding the administration of their Trusts. Trust administration can take place while the person(s) who created the Trust are alive and well, if the person(s) who created the trust becomes incapacitated or when the person(s) who created the Trust has passed away. A great deal of trust administration takes place after the person(s) who created the Trust has passed away. In these cases, Joe advises and works with the successor trustee regarding the legal steps required to settle the Trust estate efficiently.

Estate Administration
Estate administration takes place after the death of a loved one. If the decedent's estate has to be settled in the California Probate Court, Joe Engle, Esq. will file, manage and make appearances in the Probate Court regarding the Decedent's estate on behalf of the Petitioner.
