Bacio di Latte is an authentic Italian gelateria founded in 2011 by Edoardo and Luigi Tonolli. Together, the brothers embarked on a journey to learn the secrets of traditional Italian gelato-making, meeting some of the forefront minds of the industry and forging life-long relationships and connections to places where the art form began. Over the past 13 years, Bacio di Latte has blossomed from a humble Sao Paulo’s Rua Oscar Freire store into the world's largest artisanal gelato chain. With over 190 locations in Brazil and soon to be eighteen in Southern California, the unwavering commitment to quality and passion for gelato has propelled the brand to the forefront of the industry.

Each flavor is made in-house daily with organic milk and organic cream from Clover family farms in Sonoma County, hazelnuts from the Piedmont region of Northern Italy, pistachios from Southern Italy, and fresh, locally sourced fruits from family farms across California —strawberries & raspberries from Tamai Farm, and the most responsibly grown and produced organic cane sugar from Paraguay.
