Assistant Manager/Manager for Upscale Women's Boutique (Westlake Village)

Job title: Assistant Manager, Stylist Part-Time & Full-Time
Leadership role to inspire, support, facilitate and implement all standards of store's operating procedures. Duties and expectations include, but are not limited to, the following:
-Ability to analyze a customer's body type, coloring, and lifestyle in order to fashion a complete outfit including garments and accessories.
-Experience in building and maintaining a loyal customer base by establishing rapport, friendship and building trusting relationships with clients.
-Creativity for fashion design and merchandise display within the store.
-Address staffing needs and nurture staff relationships to insure team collaboration and sales.
-Minimize conflict and manage any issues or complaints from both customers and staff.
